A typical annual maintenance contract includes the following services:

• Soil nutrient management: testing, amending, fertilization

• Weed removal

• Vegetation replacement

• Winterization & summerization of irrigation

• Component inspections: irrigation, waterproof membrane, drains, flashing, edging
