Inspection and maintenance services are a critical aspect of green roof and living wall systems.

Our service technicians ensure the integrity of the waterproof membrane, proper drainage of excess rainwater and the vitality of the vegetation through regularly scheduled on-site visits.

We offer two-year and 5-year service contracts that are specifically designed to meet each system's needs. These services include weed control, pruning, fertilizing, plant and growing medium replacement, irrigation and drainage maintenance, flashing inspection and fall and spring cleaning. Maintenance training with onsite staff is also provided to ensure proper care and minimize outside maintenance costs.

We service green roofs previously installed by other parties and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for non-scheduled service calls.
