SMALL SPACES WITH A BIG IMPACT
At just eighty square feet, this rooftop sculpture garden within earshot of the Atlantic Ocean is a great example of adding maximum value to a small space.

Located off the master bedroom, a carpet of low-maintenance sedums and flowering semi-evergreen perennials generate three-season color. Integrated lighting complements a dramatic central sculpture, which is visible from the home’s interior. The uplit sculpture establishes a dynamic aesthetic during both day and night. Unpolished Mexican black stones complement the sculpture and coastal perennials, and automated subsurface irrigation ensures that plants stay healthy.
