FIRST PUBLIC GREEN ROOF IN THE STATE
The Kittredge Center for Business and Workforce Development is the Pioneer Valley's premiere resource for workforce training, professional development, and personal growth at Holyoke Community College. A 2,400-square-foot green roof installed in 2005 made the Kittredge Center the first green roof on a state-owned building in Massachusetts.

Recover has provided maintenance services for this roof since 2013. Our mostly biannual maintenance visits include plant vitality assessment and replacement, component inspection and adjustment, weed and invasive species control, pest control, debris removal, soil testing, organic fertilization, upkeep of vegetation-free zones, and documentation of all maintenance services.
